But it doesn’t have to be that hard. You can simply follow these tips to ensure smooth launching of your new office uniforms:

  • Address the uniform issues

If your company has been operating for a long time without a uniform policy, expect some negative reaction from the crowd. Instead of brushing off these reactions and concerns, it would be best to face them head on. Remember that these people will be the ones to wear these uniforms so their concerns are worth hearing. Also, you might be able to get some ideas on the design and type of uniform that they want.

Set a meeting with your employees and get their side. You can also prepare a survey so you can have a concrete findings that tackle their uniform issues.

  • Consult with a trusted supplier

Once all issues are addressed and an agreement with the employees are made, you need to start scouting for uniform suppliers in Sharjah for the mass production of your uniform. Be very vigilant on checking out the supplier’s credential. It would be best if you can set a meeting or visit their office to see the type of uniforms they are offering and whether they can meet your requirements.

Do not forget to specify your requirement and what you want upon the initial visit and also the costing. It would give you a better idea if the supplier you are talking to is the right supplier to provide your company uniforms.

  • Invest on couple of designs

While consulting with uniform companies, you also need to deal with the design. If you are a bit wary on your designing skills, it would be best to get a graphic or uniform designer that can create the design for you. Ask for a couple of studies for you and your employees’ approval. Again, there should be a consensus on the design and you should get the agreement of the majority.

Also, it would be best to have two final designs that you will mass produced so the employees will have options in terms of work wear.

  • Do a test run

To see whether the uniform policy will be effective, do a dry run amongst your employees. This is more like a focused group that you need to observe. With this, you can make some changes with the design and with the material based on the comments of the selected employees.

  • Proceed with the production and distribution

Once you make some minor tweaks based on the test run, you can now have a final design and proceed with the production of the uniforms. Be sure to get the right sizes of the employees and produce spare uniforms for upcoming employees.
